Yes. They do sell the 12cm Mounting profile as accessories. Ordered 1 just now.

Thanks buddy. I think that's my problem. The throttle was unable to go afterburner. Only have 1 (12cm) mount and need it for my stick (with extension 5cm). I need another long profile mounting plate. Lol...

I wish I'm able to mount to my monstertech. But don't have a clue... Lol

Hope you can solve the problem and let us know how to. I'd tighten whatever I can but still have 1-2mm play.

Received 2 days ago.... need to have SimAppPro running for the panels light to sync with DCS. Quite satisfied with the quality except for the wobbling knobs.

USB port alignment problem out of the box. Need to loosen the 2 screws for the USB port to pop back to the right position.

That's strange... I got problem with the Super Taurus USB port when I received it and sent them message via Facebook. They replied within minutes and solved the problem.

Wow... either they have very little stock available or it really sell like hot cakes.

I had the same problem. But on the third try it updated successfully. For my case, I waited for a few minutes in order for the download to start. Maybe it was due to server speed. The panel look dead if update unsuccessfully. Only have a dim red light blinking on the top left (near USB port) Almost had a heart attack at that time because I only received the Throttle for a few days. Ps. How to join Winwing Discord?

Received mine this morning... Very happy with the purchase. During the desk mount assembly, got a feeling that I just bought something from Ikea. :) Yeah, my unit came with a misaligned USB port. But problem solved within minutes after contacting Winwing via FB. The support response speed almost unbelievable compare to Thrustmaster (which is non existent for my case). Bought 2 units of Warthog from them. Both throttle have problem out of the box. Wrote to them numerous time but no reply from them till I gave up. Anyway, here's how I solved (with Winwing support help) the USB port misaligned problem at the Throttle. (picture from Winwing support) Loosen the 2 screws shown in the picture above slightly and the USB port will pop back to the right place.

I checked their webpage on daily basis since last month. Actually it was in stock for a few days before 07-Sept. Managed to grab the throttle tho (that's what I'm aimed for). Few hours later, it show "Out of stock" again. Now patiently waiting for the delivery from Fedex. Not sure why it stuck at the delivery facility for 3 days now.

I had problem with mine before. But the problem goes away after I unplugged it from the USB hub and connect it direct to PC's USB port.
