Servers hammered currently?

I'm trying to download the 23SEP update and the servers appear to be having issues. I get a "servers failed to complete your request" error, and when I don't, the new updater installer (not the update itself) downloads at 0.5kb/s. My internet speed is currently 92mbps down 94mbps up.
