description boxes for each graphic setting

I was wondering if it'd be feasible to add a feature in the graphics setting menu where mousing over each setting would lead to a description box appearing that tells a user what the setting does, what happens to your graphics if you select a min or max setting, and also a little info on the effects of the setting on performance.

Sounds like a good idea, maybe in that little description box you could have an approximate performance impact.
