[REPORTED]New datalink problem

Hi all! Seems datalink still not works properly in MP. In cold start I was unable to see my mates in SA page, nor they can see me. Doing a fast start in a powered up plane it worked perfectly but I was seeing only other f-18 that started with fast start. It is possible to replicate in same way I talked.
