hawa0835 Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 In the beginning, i.e. in the Lock-on time, there was GAI for AI flights. You placed a radar in one place, and the plane waited for an enemy to border the detection area of the radar, then lifted and checked who bordered the area. Why is this not an option for AI anymore?

Grimes Posted October 5, 2020 Posted October 5, 2020 Not exactly, but IIRC that behavior wasn't completely based on detection. Wanna say range was the deciding factor where it spawned the group once the enemy was within 50km of the airbase.
