DCS Cockpit Editor: Is there any way to change the layers?

Just updated the SimAppPro Add-In DCS Cockpit Editor. I was trying to fit things the way I want and needed to have one item underneath another, but it was always on top of it.

Is there any way to re-order the layers of these cockpit items?

i didnt know the super taurus allowed 'layers' .... like the Thrustmaster T16000M where a button could be a assigned a 'shift function' and have a whole different set of key bindings to the buttons. Where/how can this be done?

The original poster is talking about the Cockpit editor not button modifiers.
