Change from Case III to Case I

There's a problem because Case doesn't change. What time of day it will be when the mission starts so I stay, Case. And at nightfall, we have Case I instead of Case III.

It has been like this forever. We're waiting on ED to fix this.

It seems to work in single player, but not multiplayer.
