M2000 complains about my TO trim. Is there a specific trim button, or how I know, how to trim the aircraft?

On the ground the trim is supposed to be neutral, including for take off, otherwise the plane will "complain".

On the ground, "AP Stand By" (supposed to be on the stick) will reset the trim.

TO -warning light lightens up every time I’m on the ground. Before take off and after landing. And yes, I performs those tests...

Yes after landing this is normal, because you used trim during the flight and until final approach.

So after touch down you hit AP SBY button and the alert is gone.

Did you try performing the tests and then hit the AP STBY button on the stick?

Know and use all the capabilities in your airplane. If you don't, sooner or later, some guy who does use them all will kick your ass.

Trim is accomplished mainly by the autopilot paddle on the stick. When you're on the ground and press that button it will trigger a reset of trim to the takeoff values. If you read and follow the manual procedure for start and takeoff exactly you will not have any problem.

On landing the magic technique to avoid the trim warning is to reset the trim by pressing the AP paddle while in the two-point attitude. So you land on the main wheels, press the paddle (release first if you landed while holding it), and only then bring the nose wheel down. The trim reset requires the main wheels to have weight and the trim warning check happens with weight on the nose wheel. Between the two-point attitude and three-point attitude is the correct time to reset the trim.
