Radio frequencies question

In the mission editor I'm unable to set radio presets to anything between 140.00 and 220.00. It immediately jumps between these two frequencies and won't accept a number in between. This is despite the fact that the default frequencies include 141.00, 149.00, and 150.00.

 

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm missing here?
