Adding new objects

Hey folks.

 

A friend of mine is currently building some signs for an Airport and we wanted to know if it is possible to add new Objects to the Objects Menu instead of replacing other Objects for example if we want to put in a Sign which says "05 L" on it for the runway we need to replace it with a T-80 inside the game to actually see it.

Check this link where you can find the download link"] for static objects and use the (read me) reference files to add your objects to the menu, bear in mind that that is not the most clarifying piece to read so I would sagest to choose one object ( the wind turbine) and trace it in those files to use as an example (any mistake and it won’t work) if you are not using cdds don’t bother with graphics config file (put your textures in temp-textures folder) and consider, that it works better in cdds format and if you get stuck it's not the end of the world.
