Well my PC is wrong because it can and it runs well!! Well, it did! Thanks... i7 8700k @ 5.0ghz. Strix GTX1080Ti. 32GB RAM @ 3600. 2x Hyper X SSD’s with DCS on one. Oculus Rift S. Asus PG278-QR. Liquid Series PC with liquid CPU and GPU cooling.

This message seems to be displayed by Windows when it detects an architecture mismatch (for instance when you're trying to run a 16bit program on a 64bit O.S., or a 64bit on a 32bit O.S.). Seeing DCS is 64bit only, I don't know why this is happening to you, unless you have a 32bit Windows. Have you recently reinstalled your Windows? If so, please ensure you have a 64bit Windows. No recent Windows installation? Then try this, it seems to have "saved" at least 226 lives. ---

To be honest I’ve been thinking about doing a windows reinstall anyway to tidy things up so this might be an excuse to if other things don’t work. thanks for your help... i7 8700k @ 5.0ghz.
