[REPORTED]FUEL QUANTITY SEL rotary switch makes no sound CW

When you rotate this rotatry switch CCW, from EXT CTR up to TEST, it makes a switching sound.

When you rotate the rotary switch CW from TEST to EXT CTR, it makes no sound.

Fully reproduceable so no track file needed.

Reported, is fixed internally maybe something was not merged.
