[INVESTIGATING]FLCS PWR lights during EPU TEST

1. On ground, perform an EPU TEST.

2. FLCS PWR lights will come on almost immediately.

3. EPU RUN light will come on after 2 seconds.

The logic should be the opposite since according to -1:

After receiving any start command, the EPU requires approximately 2 seconds to come up to speed.

That means the EPU should come up to speed (EPU RUN light comes on) and only then the EPU GEN and its PMG rotates at the correct speed to supply power to the FLCS (FLCS PWR lights come on).
