[REPORTED]slaving aim9x to HMCS only slews the heatseeker across the horizon

Hi. While I should be able to control my aim9's heatseeker left/right/up/down, It only follows where I look across the horizon.

 

BORE mode, in DGFT, HMCS power on.

Checked, and the same issue. Can still lock positive by pressing ungage but can only view horizontal.
