[INVESTIGATING]Landing gear handle goes up but not down when cold and dark

Cold and dark.

1. Click the DN LOCK REL button.

2. Raise the LG handle to the UP position.

3. Try any means to lower the LG handle to the DN position.

It should work as it is purely mechanical.

The Down Permission Button on the handle is applicable only when power is applied.

Since LG handle supplies an important discrete to the FLCS, I had to check many LG handles after replacements.

Some ops-checks are with power applied and some are mechanical.

Thats what I remember.
