[ALREADY REPORTED]Captains bars directed heading crosswind error

When flying with crosswind the || mark on the heading tape is not the correct heading to track toward the navigation point. Magnitude of angle error appears to be the wind correction angle x 2. When turning upwind/downwind the angle error is small or vanishes.
