solved Visual Problem unfixed by reinstall? Unplayable

I'm unsure where to put this but I'm having problems that are making the game unplayable. I can only see a strip of the game (Screenshot attached). As I said in the title, I reinstalled the game and it did not help. What I was doing right as this happened was changing the graphics settings. I can not click inside the area with black bars. Basically, I can change the settings, but I can not save them. These screenshots are through steam and include the whole screen.

No I am not, I was suspecting that was the issue but I can not change the settings

I solved the problem myself, I went into the files and manually disabled/changed the 3 screen settings and made it like the 1 screen setting. Thank you for trying to help though.

Go to your DCS Saved Games folder ( C:\Users\...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta ) open the Config folder and delete the Options.lua.

This will reset all your options but should allow you to get a more normal view on things.
