Yep, those two.  This is basically the same idea as the APG-63's ability to guide two sparrows to different targets at the same time that never materialized.   The Pk of such a shot is very low, it's one of those things that's 'mentioned' constantly which is effectively a rejected idea, but someone proposed it some time and the mention made it into a magazine.

 

So yes, it's definitely possible ... no one uses it.

Perhaps in real life it's unlikely, but in DCS missiles fly like well aimed rifle bullets when they go dumb and from a single -ping- of the radar get your exact height, speed, course and best intercept point with regard to prevailing meteorological conditions All I'm saying is when you kill a Tomcat, be sure to change heading some, in this game

IIRC it specifically had improved capability to work in sea clutter.   I don't know about low RCS - maybe ... but I believe the bigger threats were things like helicopters for example.
