Link 4C is already implemented on the Tomcat for naval units (though no control over whether or not it's active or what the frequencies are). REDFOR should also have GCI links for lots of aircraft, though IIRC doing it on the MiG-21bis was seen as unfeasible, not sure what ED will do with their 9.12 MiG-29, though we're missing a heck of a lot of the units required for it (especially RADARS).
