razo+r Posted January 1, 2021 Posted January 1, 2021 (edited) So in the latest version, me and my friends had already the unpleasant experience of the pilot randomly dying in Multiplayer. It seems to be highly random. My friends had it just shortly into the mission, while I had it another day some hours into the mission (mainly on different 4YA servers, haven't tried others yet). But sometimes, we never had it, neither in those servers nor in our server. And of course, we did not get shot or damaged or anything. It just happens out of nothing. When it happens, the chat says "Player XY died" while you are still in the cockpit (with internal cockpit model). The only abnormal thing is that the controls are blocked and you cannot do anything against it. So multiple people had it already a few times, so it is reproducable, kind of. But it currently seems random, which is also why I don't really have a track for it (I have one but it is an hour or so into a big multiplayer mission. I can still supply it if needed). Does anyone else have this issue? Edited January 1, 2021 by razo+r
rwbishUP Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 are you at a particular FL or above when it happens, which aircraft, are you starting from cold and dark, if so are you using auto start or manually starting the AC? We're in the Huey subforum, so you can't really say lack of Oxygen is the cause. Especially not at sea level.
