Thunderchief2000
Hi I’m having a problem engaging the auto hover. In a mission I have created my self on the Syria map I have a cold start Gazelle which when I start it and lift into hover the auto hover will not engage. But if I set the same Gazelle to a hot start the auto hover does engage. I am assuming I am missing something in the cold start procedure but I can’t see what it is. Does the Nadir need setting for auto hover to work? That is the only thing I am missing out I think. Thanks
swatstar98
Make sure your fuel lever (yellow one) is 100% forward, is the most common problem. 1 Chinook lover - Rober -
Thunderchief2000
Ok thanks, I’ll give it a try, I have it on an axis so perhaps it’s not going full forward. cheers

Thunderchief2000
Do you mean the three SAS channels? If so then yes I do, if not then possibly not.

Make sure that this switch is turned to "GM." The GYRO and AMPLI will have a red and white covering until it is online. Ensure that your autopilot is also on. That is likely the three switches that you mentioned earlier. Make sure that all *four* of them are on.
