such a joy not to be battling with my stick anymore, its so light i could fly with my pinky.  rotating the stick through its full range of movement i can still detect some "positional" stiff areas, but so minor. should i decide to swap the cams and springs, what differences would i see?  my thinking is it should probably be  a bit firmer but not really fussed right now as just happy to have  a light stick after so long with TM problems - what a relief.  i removed the centre dead-zone and no problems at all.

I use this setup as well and printed a 7cm curved extension for it, gives an even more smooth and accurate movement of the stick. Only thing is, since i have it centre mounted and low in front of my seat, that with the full range movement the stick is al little bit hampered by my legs. Especially when moving the rudder pedals.

I have not used the other cams or springs with it since i like the easy movement it has right now.

Kind regards,

Just got my WarBRD base (and CM3 throttle), and bought the TM F-16 (aka warthog) add-on grip.  I'm clueless on the high end stuff (coming from a T16000 setup)... says  "Remove the 2 bolts holding the female grip connector in place when attaching TM grips to prevent damage to the connectors".  Then the black plate disc is very loose, is that correct?  I don't want to F something up.  I would think those screws are there for a reason.  lol

In the virpil sticks the connectors are to be pulled out a bit and can rotate, which the warthogs stick connector cant. On the TM base you can only use the stick facing forward, on the virpil base you can tilt it to the right or left for better ergonomics in a center-setup. To avoid damaging the plug in the tm grip you really should remove these screws.
