So for a few years have been racing sims with this amazing rig ... but since I’m back into flight sims now iRacing, rF2 and ACC have taken a huge back seat. The arrival of the TM HOTAS Warthog meant a rearrangement of the “furniture”. So back to one 40” screen - it’s great at 4K with TrackIR 5. Just need to get a new chair as this one is likely to be a bit uncomfortable!

Why not use the racing fixture adapted to flight? For my "Next Level" stand its only a matter of the 4 bolts holding down my Fanatec Clubsport wheel (KB velcro'd in place) and swapping out rudder pedals for my TM T-LCM car pedals. And be sure to compliment your flight sim experience with the "other" F16 sim, each has its strong points.. and for WWII IL2 BoX is excellent. My MFD/Gauge screens are on long arms that move out of the way easily, ICP is velcro'd onto a heavy/adjustable  Tablet stand..

Consider some desk mounts or even chair mounts, it will improve ergonomics a lot.
Even adapting the racing rig with HOTAS brackets/supports.
Otherwise your upper back will hurt soon.
