Vekkinho Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 I'd like to point something out and make a small request or a wish! This is based on years of experience with LOFC 1.12a when in Mission Editor players select Detection and threat ranges to be displayed in the map both range circles are red painted! It's kinda hard to tell between the two! Especially when there's lots of AAA and SAM sites close to eachother in the map! So I'd like to suggest using different colors for detection (let's say yellow) and threat (red) range so players have more detailed look into what's out there! I suggest using this approach in DCS:BS and all other DCS modules! I posted same request in patch 1.13 wishlist thread here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=503726#post503726 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Vekkinho Posted July 10, 2008 Author Posted July 10, 2008 No, I'm not talking cockpit MFD's that can be decluttered with a flick of the switch! I was reffering to a UI Mission editor map and F10 view if U use externals! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
CAT_101st Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Ok I can agree with that in the ME. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Rhino4 Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 Agreed. I often turn the detection ranges off just to declutter the ME display. Would be very nice to have this displayed in yellow.
