Any plans on fixing the runway ILS on the map?

Any plans on fixing the runway ILS' on the map ? There is a few runways where the ILS system is inoperable, most notably Kobuleti. I cant seem to connect to it in the F16, F5 nor the UH-1H Huey. Or am i doing something wrong ?
