FC3: SU-33 Campaign Heavy Sky Mission 2 "Restless Morning" does not trigger anything at Senaki

Mission does still succeed once you fly around, fire ECM, come back and land, but there is nothing that happens there, you keep flying around senaki, no radars, no enemies, no sight of Tu-142, no commands, no allies esorting you back, no SAM launches, it's all silent, I guess the trigger may be broken.
