Harlikwin Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 So pre-hotfix, mirage CTD on autostart. Post hotfix, I am spawned in the gearwell on the runway (VR). Cant adujst my view out of that. New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1) Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).
RealDCSpilot Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 Also ran into this issue on a server yesterday, but it isn't caused by the module or the hotfix. Just choose another m-2000C slot to spawn correctly. In my case the known mp spawn bug was the issue, a player spawned before me in the same spot - another player spawned on top of him - result: both explode and their wreckage remained on the spot. After that i spawned in their wreckage and was stuck several meters deep in that mess. I simply choosed another slot and spawned in a clean hangar. i9 13900K @5.5GHz, Z790 Gigabyte Aorus Master, RTX4090 Waterforce, 64 GB DDR5 @5600, PSVR2, Pico 4 Ultra, HOTAS & Rudder: all Virpil with Rhino FFB base made by VPforce, DCS: all modules
Hodo Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 Who uses autostart on the Mirage? It takes 6-8 minutes to start the aircraft with alignment.
Harlikwin Posted February 10, 2021 Author Posted February 10, 2021 Hm, maybe I'll reinstall and try again. New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. Frankly I play online PVP a fair amount and I use autostart in planes I don't fly much and that I'm on the fence about learning to their fullest potential, because my flight time is pretty limited I lean toward planes that are interesting and not constantly broken. The M2K is frankly on that "is it worthy of learning" list due to years of issues and broken systems. New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. And it is by far the easiest to learn. Now I don't mean that as a knock on RAZBAM. Just the Mirage is one of the least technically demanding aircraft in the list. It is pretty cut and dry. 1
