Game crashing on launch

I've tried restarting the game, Doing a full repair, and reinstalling and yet the game keeps crashing on launch, is there something im doing wrong?

Please delete C:\Users\Kasey\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\fxo and C:\Users\Kasey\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\metashaders contents and try again.

If this doesn't help, try to rename C:\Users\Kasey\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta to DCS.openbeta.old - this will create a new clean profile. If this doesn't help you can delete new profile (C:\Users\Kasey\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta), revert the name back (from DCS.openbeta.old to DCS.openbeta)
