Help with radio trigger

With multiple radio triggers, I seem to be able to use the first one. Then the others disappear after it's used!

 

Has anyone got a flow chart of how to cleanly set it up?

if  you google  help with  radio triggers  it  brings  a  few  utubes  on  it  maybe  this  will get  you going  untill  some  else   will chime  in
