Datajack Posted March 22, 2021 Posted March 22, 2021 I'm wondering if there's anyone on the forums familiar with the real jet that can verify if the block 50 DCS is modeling has the correct IFF panel? Looking at unofficial sources (for example xflight.de) seems the IFF panel in the DCS F-16 is the old block 25 MLU panel. Seems the block 50/52 has the AUX COMM panel which has the TACAN selector instead. Again I don't have any official sources. Just wondering if the DCS F-16 has the correct panel for the block 50 and where I can confirm that if possible. I'm going to build a full F-16 cockpit, so just making sure. Thanks! 1 Intel i7 9700K, ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E, Zotac GTX 2080 TI AMP, Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 3200mhz, Corsair H60 liquid cooler, EVGA 850W PS, Cooler Master: Master Case H500, 1 TB Samsung EVO SSD | Virpil CM2 Throttle, F-16: Thrustmaster F-16/A-10 Stick, F-18: Thrustmaster F-18 Stick | Thrustmaster TPR Pedals | G2 Reverb, J-PEIN Desk mount Throttle, VIRPIL VP-L mount Stick, Cougar MFDs, Generic Custom Built Front Panel, Left Panel and Right Panel, 32 Button Steam Deck.

SpaceMonkey037 Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Yeah, we have the correct panel being the IFF control panel. The IFF control panel is the newer panel of the two.
Datajack Posted March 23, 2021 Author Posted March 23, 2021 Excellent thank you for verifying that. I think if you make 50 different cockpit layouts with different panels you will always find a jet fitting to your version DCS F-16C Blk. 40/42 :helpsmilie: Candidate - 480th VFS - Cupra | 06
