Can't gift campaign - no buy button

I would like to gift a campaign to someone, but I don't have the buy button, because I don't own a required module - however, it's not for me, it will be a gift for someone. Could you please help me out?

Did you solve it?
I think you can trick it with adding the required module, and then get the one you shall gift. Then when you check out, remove the not needed one, and then gift the correct one.
Haven't tried this all the way through though.
