correct as is APU switch

I am following the cold and dark startup and the APU switch wont stay in the on position.  it acts like a momentary switch but the tutorials show that i should be able to flip it on.  this is step 4 of the tutorial, so i cant go any further

i FIGURED IT OUT.  i WAS RIGHT CLICKING THE BATTERY SWITCH AND NEEDED TO LEFT CLICK IT.
