WW2 scenarios with spawnable missions?

Recommended Posts

Hey all

I want to get back into flying the old warbirds (I have them all but have rarely used them).

My buddies and I thoroughly enjoy deadlyfishes' excellent "Through The Inferno" missions when we're flying modern jets.  Does anyone know if there are any similarly constructed missions for WW2 planes?  Ideally on Channel or Normandy - I really don't see any value on flying WW2 on the other maps.  None of us have the skills or time to create our missions, so any pointers towards existing ones would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, the Inferno missions are PvE and have spawnable missions such as hunt/destroy convoy, or AA/AG attacks.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Have you tried briefing room?

Sorry, not sure what you mean.  Is that a mission?

Well, haven't tried yet with my newly bought Spitfire but there is an old through the inferno WW2 for Normandy / Channel Map : https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3071826/

OMG I can't believe I completely missed this!  I'll check it out.  Thanks! 👍

Briefing Room is a mission generator. You fill in the options you want and it spits out a .miz file that you then load up and fly. You can give it as many details as you like for a specific mission you want to fly, or leave fields to random and see what you get. It supports all planes and maps.
