Barrage balloons - where are they?

Hey all

 

I'd like to place some barrage balloons from the WW2 assets pack into my mission.  But I can't find them in the mission editor!

 

Could someone direct me to them please?

 

Edit: Found them ... but something weird's going on with the altitudes.  I set them to, say, 1000ft yet in mission they're at something like 3000ft.

Perhaps it's in meters?
