Menu not there at login

Help me…

 

Played the game earlier today.

 

Logged back in after an hour game crashed whilst playing with a BSOD (which are very frequent post 2.7 btw).

 

Tried to log back in , game starts at the hangar but no menu.

 

No mods, tried repair/clean etc all the usual but nothing there is no menu anywhere.

 

Note: in VR and yes I recentered , looked around but no menu anywhere

Unable to do so as it doesn’t generate one now since the game wont start properly

The log is generated from the moment DCS.exe is executed. There's always a dcs.log file, unless DCS_updater.exe is unable to launch DCS.exe.

 

It won't be easy to help you with no log, but let's try:

1. Go to C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS...\Config\
2. Rename options.lua ("options.lua_old" for instance)
3. Launch DCS

All I can tell you is it didn’t generate

But I fixed it . Had to delete options.lua following another users advise over at reddit
