DCS crashes in mission 2?

I just tried the mission again (see this) and I had different issues this time.

 

First I got the message saying the escorts are leaving, but maybe 2 minutes or so passed until they actually turned away. The attack was way smoother with a small formation this time. However, immediately after getting the let's go home message dcs crashed. It was a pretty hard crash, no "send report" window, and nothing on the logs.

 

I'm starting to think my PC is not powerful enough to handle this mission in VR?

2.7 has lots of crashes, unfortuanately I can'T do anything about these in the mission editor. Hang in there and let's wait for a fix from ED. It probably has nothing to do with your PC.

It actually helped: the wake turbulence is a game changer for ww2, I wasn't aware of that! I completed the mission and it was all smooth now!
