Flashman_H Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Hi community, since the update to 2.7 I have a problem with authentication of several modules I own. Upon game start, I was asked to provide serial numbers, but there are none available for certain modules in my DCS profile page. The modules are still loaded in the module manager but are not usable. Should I delete + reinstall? I bought the Hornet upon early access, for example, but no serial is displayed. Last year I bought the M200C, Huey + Harrier - same thing. Any idea how I can resolve this?

Flashman_H Posted May 9, 2021 Author Posted May 9, 2021 Yes, I'm getting error 500, too. So I need to reset my computer time, as stated in other threads? How to do + where do I see the 'correct' time needed?
Solution Flappie Posted May 9, 2021 Solution Posted May 9, 2021 (edited) Right click the Windows clock (bottom right) and select "Ajust Date and Time". First ensure the time is synchronized. Then ensure the timezone is correct. Still no joy? Then try this. Edited May 9, 2021 by Flappie 1 ---
Flashman_H Posted May 9, 2021 Author Posted May 9, 2021 OK thanks Flappie and others, I synchronized the windows time (last synchronization was 10 months ago apparently) and now miraculously my modules are back up again!
