reported ABRIS lose Glonass intermittently if mission start time is exactly midnight.

Hi there!

 

Strange bug easy to reproduce:

-Open Mission Editor (I can reproduce it on any map).

-Put a player KA-50 with take off from runway on any airfield or in flight.

-Set time to 00h00m00s. (the bug don't occur at 23h59m59s and 00h00m01s).

-The Abris seem to loose glonass and retake it every two second.
