Slam - AWW13

hi

i dont understand the logic of the AWW13 and the Slam

 

i know i had to click on WEP button to link the AWW13 with the Slam

with 4 Slam, the WEP button purposes 4 options corresponding of the 4 stations ( 2,3,7,8)

but why 4 options and not only 1 ?

On the AWW13 page, we can choose already (with the channel button) which slam will be linked 

so i don’t know the right procedure for a multi release 

 

and why on Slam page : WEP and on AWW13 page: WPN for the same thing

what does WEP and WPN mean ?

i don’t know if it’s a bug but:

on the wep option , whatever the station choosen, the AWW13 will link the slam correctly.

for exemple, if i choose to fire a slam on station 8 and i choose the station 2 on the wep option , the link works

 

and for the following slams , no need to choose the station on the wep option

it’s very strange ....

So I am pretty sure now the MITL stuff in DCS is pretty approximate. IRL the weapon wouldn't be dictated by which number station its on, but rather a datalink channel and ID entered into the DL13 display. Information is mega spotty so idk, lets wait and see what behaviour SLAM-ER brings.
