Personally I'd rather see an early 60s MiG-21F-13 and maybe a late 60s/early 70s PFM.

 

For me, I'm not really interested in such an exclusive variant, operated by a single operator, who hasn't really been involved in any major conflict or potential conflict using the LanceR, coupled with the fact that said operator isn't really present in any detail on any DCS map.

 

I guess you could say a similar thing about the Viggen, but at least with that there's more of a historical grounding for potential conflicts, should we ever see a Baltic map with Sweden.

 

The other thing is that the MiG-21 is first and foremost a Cold War aircraft, it's the era where it was certainly more prolific, and where it was used in actual conflicts such as Vietnam, so I'd rather see variants that are more appropriate for that.

 

Also the MiG-21F-13 and PFM were far more prolific.

First time here is it? 

 

Here's a tip, you're posting in a section that anybody can post in and reply to, and they don't have to care what you want either. And if they disagree, they have every right to voice it. And yes, this includes anybody who disagrees with whatever I post.

I also don't see any real point in a LanceR for DCS, but to each their own.
