reported Can't rearm countermeasures after spawn

1. After use of countermeasures and i rearm, the kneeboard value doesn't change to this new value (so might not be rearming but haven't gone that far)

2. If i spawn with only flares, and then try to rearm with SOME chaff, nothing happens, all countermeasure bins still have flares

3. If i spawn with only flares, and then try to rearm with ALL chaff, i can no longer dispense any flare OR chaff, until i rearm with the original countermeasure, at which point i can dispense the original cms again

 

this is the same for me in single player and multiplayer

hot start, with 192 (max) flares

as chaff takes priority in bin 1, i only used that bin for the test

8 combined cms deployed each snars launch

Dispense flare

Re arm with SOME chaff at 8:01:37 (flare dispensed, should have been chaff)

Re arm with ALL chaff at 8:02:30 (button pressed but nothing dispensed)

Re arm with ALL flare again at 8:03:21 (flare dispensed again)

 

after final dispense there was 152 flare left in the kneeboard, which should have been higher since i rearmed with max flares for the last test
