CCIP precision not improved after update

Hi everyone,

 

I tried the M2k CCIP with Mk-82S yesterday for the first time since the update, and I find little to no improvement on the precision, if not worse. I didn't see any topic on the subject so I'm starting to think I might have missed some feature.

 

I use TAS + RS with a dive angle of roughly 30° (I tried everything ranging from 15° to 45°) and no matter what, my bombs usually hit long, just like before the last patch.

 

Did you guys experience any improvement on CCIP precision with the last update ? Thanks!

You are dropping the bomb fully outside its domain of use. You must NOT dive and attack with a low altitude, using the Vz indicator.

Hey guys.

 

Did you take a look at the update presentation topic ?

 

CCPI is to be done in almost level flight and low altitude. You need to place the FPM in the domain bracket or the symbology will be incorrect.

 

Try again but level at 300-350ft and 500kt.

Thank you very much, I did read the post before the update, but forgot to check it out afterwhats. I'll give it a try tonight with the advices you gave me. From what you told me, I was indeed using CCIP far away from the optimal conditions.

I was about to say I haven't had an issue with the mk82SE accuracy or the BLG-66.  Different employment profiles.  One I dive at 30deg the other I come in low, level and fast.
