Can't download Syria

So idk whats going on with the servers but ik its not on my end, i just closed a dl of syria because after near 2 hours i came back to my pc and the dl wasn't even to halfway and it was sitting at 0.0mbps 
It drops to and stays at 0.0, i downloaded pgulf 2 weeks back with zero issue then when i downloaded the hind this issue started, just for extra proof im attaching screencaps of a steam game download for comparison

 

Note:Even the unpacking freezes

I believe you don't need to look at the download speed as long as you can see the word "Unpacking". "Unpacking" means your CPU is busy decompresing a huge file on your drive. The DCS updater cannot do both at the same time: either it's downloading, or it's unpacking/copying. Maybe you have an issue with your drive or with your antivirus software?

 

Try to add your DCS root folder ( \DCS World\ or \DCS World OpenBeta\ ) as an exception in your antivirus software.

Its already added as an exception, also i noted when the download stops the unpacking stops, i tried creating a new install on a different drive and the same issue happens, meaning if i were to uninstall dcs from my main drive i will never be able to play it again, this is a serious flaw

When the updater appears to be stuck, please attach your autoupdate_log.txt. This file is located in your main DCS folder ( \DCS World\ or \DCS World OpenBeta\ ).

So further confirmation its an issue with the app or the servers, i downloaded and used a vpn and got all the way through the dl of nttr and syria without a single hiccup in under an hour

This is made all the more weird by the fact i never had any download issues till recently and nothing on my pc changed.
