can not reproduce AGM 65F fails to lock on Russian Carrier

Hey everyone, i've been having this weird issue that i can not lock on to a russian carrier with my AGM 65F's Am i doing something wrong here or is it something wrong with the game itself? I have added a track file for you to inspect. Kind regards Nils.

it seems ok here, possibly a range issue and to far out for a good lock. 

 

In my track I can lock and fire on the carrier and a destroyer
