correct as-is S-J page abnormality

I don't know if I'm still unable to follow the correct prodecures for S-J (if is exist), but I find a strange behavior of S-J page.

Praticallly, for example, I'm in FCR page and then I need to jettison somethings. Pressing SMS page then S-J...but sometimes, when i press S-J, the page roll back to first page (FCR).

You can put what you want on each MFD, but unless you’re in A-Gmode, having the FCR up is a big plus

Any format can be on any MFD but the same format cannot exist on both MFDs (6 shortcuts). I think when you put format that already exists in other 5 slots it will set that other slot to blank.

 

I see what's happening. When you press "S-J" the airplane is treating that like entering an entirely different master mode with its own arrangement of the 6 shortcuts which is completely independent of the mode you were in. I don't think that's how the F-16 is supposed to work but that's for someone to verify.

 

Here's a track where I set up NAV and JETT with two entirely separate set of MFD shortcuts and show how enabling/disabling S-J toggles between them.

EDIT: talked to someone and they said this is how it works. This mode has its own 6 MFD shortcuts and so what you're seeing is right.
