This section is solely for the purpose of announcing and signing up for an event put on by a user or a group of users.

 

If you are going to post here, please have another area referenced for concerns and discussion such as a Discord channel, or via Private Messaging. 

 

How this section works. New posts here will need to be approved by a moderator. This means you will write up your Event information and then submit it. A moderator will then release it when its determined to be an Event post and nothing more. A moderator will set a lock time for the post, this means that the post for your even will lock at a certain time, if you have a preference you can submit it to us, otherwise lock time will be the day of the first event.

 

If you want users to sign up at a different location (recommended) then the thread will be locked immediately upon posting.

 

Open threads will be heavily enforced, and we will recommend that event organizers make heavy use of the report post function in order to keep these threads clean and on topic.

 

If you have an issue with the Event, the Organizers or other participant(s), please find another means of airing that.
