For several months I've taken a break from LOMAC to enjoy the simplicity of IL2. The most striking difference between the two is the amazing stability of other planes during online play. Other planes taxi and fly with hardly a hint of erratic movement at all...even with dozens of players at play. I returned to LOMAC and was amazed at all the wacky behavior of other planes. Hopefully Black Shark will resolve this because I'm really not looking forward to Helicopters hovering inverted or beeming themselves thousands of yards in an instant.

My DCS wish list: Su25, Su30, Mi24, AH1, F/A-18C, Afghanistan ...and frankly, the flight sim world should stop at 1995.

It would be nice to get some MP feedback from our Russian friends.

Sound good. I too love Il2 online on HL..smooth as silk. Have seen a few warping planes but that was on a server with 60 players!

Lockon can be good some nights and rubbish others which is a shame.

Check that thread, there is a little in there regarding MP.

Hope thats useful :)

That thread is closed, dunno why?

I also experienced a lot of warping while playing FC online. We all had decent connections and ping and we where no more than 10 km from each other. We all had ping under 30 but when flying formation one of us suddenly warped around! I belived FC was not stable enough online and that it demanded a much greater upload speed than other games.

Ah yeah I think it was just closed recently, because we are not allowed to discuss the Russian version of DCS on this English forum, such questions must be posed on the Russian forum.
