change camera angle

Hi everyone,It is possible to change the angle of the F4 camera view so that when I open it, it appears at this angle and not have to move it with the mouse?. Thanks

I get that you probably want an extreme close up like F4 allows but if shaking is the only problem with F2 go to Options / Misc. and you can change F2 view effects from shaking to floating or none for a steady view.
