PBR Skin?

Was checking out the textures on this bird and imo the outside skin looks very shiny and reflective, like there isn't actual PBR effect going on. I compared to the L-39 which has good PBR and more of a matte finish and the C-101 looks like it's made of plastic comparatively. 

 

Anyone else think this is the case as well? The inside looks GREAT in comparison.

I don't have either of these jets yet, but out of a growing interest in the C-101 Aviojet, it would help the comparison if both jets were facing the sun at the same angle. It looks like you have the C-101 angled so that it reflects more sun light.

Now that you mention it, artists are working on external model textures PBR.
