Hi! i am relatively new to DCS, i have this issue, when i install a mod jet aircraft, the afterburner sound is different than stock and it is too loud, it also changes the default A/B sound to my ED FC3 aircrafts as well. I there a way to bypass this for at least my FC3 planes? I absolutely hate this A/B sound.

In audio options there is a checkbox "hear like in helmet".

Perhaps this makes it better for you until another solution...
